The client wanted to gain an understanding of the demographic and behavioral profile of remittance senders for developing specific marketing communication strategies to enhance its current positioning vis-a-vis its leading competitors.
Approach
We conducted 100 telephone interviews with remittance senders to gain insights specific to their behavior, attitudes, motivations, brand choice and usage.
Impact
The client was able to develop a marketing strategy to increase trial and over time become the preferred send supplier of money transfer services in Middle East and North Africa, thereby increasing revenue via the outbound channel.
