A leading player in the Food segment wanted to conduct a research study to understand the customer perception and purchase criteria for machinery by end-user industries.
Situation
The client wanted to assess the customer behavior based on key influencing factors including primary considerations, top-of-mind recall brands, the importance of advancement in technology, price range, and product awareness.
Approach
We followed an online survey approach for this engagement. We used multiple research tools to triangulate and validate the information obtained from the survey and analyzed the information to obtain insights.
Impact
Based on our insights specific to customer trends, preferences, behavior, and needs, the client was able to generate new ideas for product innovation, marketing, and packaging to achieve customer acquisition.
