Situation
The client wanted to gain understanding of the consumers’ perception of coldness, and which type of packaging (drinks, cans, plastic and glass bottles) keeps beer the coolest.
Approach
We conducted live hall test with 200 consumers from both genders and from different age groups were asked to determine the coldest drink when dispensed from its packaging into a glass.
Impact
The client was able to better understand the consumers’ drinking habits and attitude and behavior related to the coldness of beer. Based on this they were able to re-build its packaging strategies in order to address the customer needs.
