A leading ICT major wanted to gain insights on the ICT spend levels of key European companies across 7 major industry verticals.
Situation
The key objective of this study was to gain insights on ICT spend break-down of 120 large companies spread across Healthcare, Retail, Government, Financial Services, Automobile, Construction and Energy/Utilities.
Approach
We prepared a comprehensive questionnaire covering all key aspects of the client requirements and gathered insightful information through surveys with CTO/Head of IT of 120 companies. We also conducted secondary research to supplement and enhance primary research findings.
Impact
The client was able to streamline its sales and marketing efforts through the insights gained from the interviews. They also were able to gain insights at a country and vertical level, allowing them to prioritize their strategies based on the market potential.
