Approach
We identified and shortlisted the most prominent key performance indicators (KPIs) for industrial equipment manufacturers and conducted a deep-dive assessment of the capabilities of the major suppliers to develop supplier scorecards.
Impact
The client was able to assess the capabilities of suppliers in the APAC region and take informed decisions based on key factors such as price, TCO, after-sales service, distribution network, and delivery time.
