Situation
The client approached Infiniti Research because they wanted to identify key suppliers of software and develop a supplier selection scorecard for shortlisting ideal purchasing partners at a global level.
Approach
We identified and shortlisted the most prominent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for logistics and supply chain software and conducted a deep-dive assessment of the capabilities of the major suppliers to develop supplier scorecards.
Impact
This client was able to assess the capabilities of suppliers and make informed decisions based on key factors such as price, capabilities, usability, ease of implementation, after-sales service, etc.
